Sales Service

Our experienced sales staff will help you through your pricing quotations; offering alternatives as necessary. Hardwood is often difficult to price so we can offer fixed prices to offset against the possibility of excess waste. Our modern computer system gives our sales staff instant access to products and prices making quotations quick and confirmation of product availability.

Stock Range

We carry an extensive stock of all product ranges to ensure prompt delivery to your premises and are continually looking at new products to add to our range. As a major importer we source material all over the world, please let us know of any unusual product we more than likely will be able to source it.

Delivery Service

After placing your order, our efficient operations department will normally co-ordinate delivery within 24-48 hours. We can even advise on approximate delivery times by maintaining constant contact with our drivers. Then, once on site, our courteous drivers will assist in off-loading of material if required. It’s all part of the New World Timber service.

A Brief History..

July 2005

New World Timber starts trading with Keith Barnes, Andy George, Steve Mudge & Paul Crosscombe.

January 2006

New World Timber expands into adjacent unit and increases stock in Hardwoods

August 2007

2nd lorry purchased and starts delivering throughout the South West

September 2007

We become an importer, importing Oak direct from Europe.

April 2008

FSC & PEFC Certification achieved, all imported Oak is now FSC Certified.

October 2008

3rd lorry purchased and starts delivering throughout the South West

October 2009

4th lorry purchased and starts delivering throughout the South West

August 2016

Curtain sided van purchased to carry out local hard to get to deliveries.

May 2018

Building works completed to bring together both warehouses with new racking. 120 M3 of extra warehouse space created.
